[MUNUC 35] Aftermath of the People Power Revolution PHILIPPINES

After the Philippines’ People Power Revolution of 1986, the country was left at a crossroads: after the destruction of the old dictatorship, the country was left in need of an entirely New Democratic government. During the conference, delegates will build up the infrastructure and government of the Philippines, conspire with the different factions competing for power, and undercut one another to maintain power in the newly recovering nation. Join us for a weekend of competition and collaboration complete with a range of governments to choose from, great jokes by our Crisis Director, and the chaos that comes with the reconstruction of a state.
