The Secretary-General of MUNUC XXIII has called for an emergency session of the United Nations Security Council! This committee will operate in continuous crisis mode in a dynamic and innovative approach to the Security Council. In the months leading up to the conference, delegates to the emergency session of the Security Council will find that relationships and allegiances once thought to be bedrocks of international affairs have been shaken. With world security threatened by an immediate and terrifying crisis, breaking as delegates walk into the room, the Security Council will hit the ground running at full speed in a race against time to ensure global security. The fate of the world will hang in the balance this winter, and it is only through both collective unity and individual heroism that the world can hope to survive.
